Phigora, a luxury watch shop based out of Queens, was having trouble adapting to the new algorithms implemented by Instagram in 2026.

I recognized that their account lacked a strong brand identity and their videos were not informative enough to maintain retention. Though they had 63,000 followers, their reels were averaging roughly 3,000-5,000 views and did not lead to new followers.

This video was the new direction that I proposed, focusing on narrative structure and high information-density. This video is currently sitting at 48,000 views (an 800% increase over their typical) and has received significantly higher likes, shares and saves.
